THEFT BY TAKING

On Tuesday, October 30, 2018, Deputy Byron Cobb received a call in reference to a theft at 15 Bush Dairy Road in Miller County.

While speaking with Cody Houston, he advised that he returned home on Monday, October 29, 2018, and discovered that his Stihl chainsaw was missing.

The case has been turned over to investigations.

DAMAGE TO

PROPERTY

On Wednesday, October 31, 2018, Deputy Garison Clenney responded to the office of Ronald Rentz in regards to theft at his rental property.

The case has been turned over to investigations.

HIT AND RUN

On Wednesday, October 31, 2018, Deputy Seth Maxwell was dispatched to a hit and run on Bush Dairy Road near Bevers Lane.

Upon arrival of Deputy Maxwell, he made contact with Tyler Harden. Mr. Harden stated that he was traveling south on Bush Dairy Road in the curve. He stated a white Chevrolet extended cab pickup truck, unknown to Mr. Harden, was traveling north on Bush Dairy Road and came into his lane of travel.

The truck side-swiped Harden’s vehicle. Harden stated that he stopped in the road and turned around to try and catch the vehicle that had side-swiped him and stated that the vehicle sped up and turned into a driveway north of where he had gotten side-swiped at.

Mr. Harden stated to Deputy Maxwell that the vehicle had a silver tool box and an Alabama A on the back driver’s side window of the vehicle.

Deputy Maxwell checked the area for the vehicle and was unable to locate it.

No further information was obtained.
