Two Vehicle Accident at Hardee’s


The 2017 Nissan Murano received extensive damage. The 2017 Nissan Murano received extensive damage. On Monday, July 30, 2018, GSP Officer Jacob Sanchez responded to an accident that occurred on State Route 1 at its intersection with West Street. Miller County EMS was also dispatched to the scene.

The accident happened when Skylar Mohr of 814 Radford Blvd., Albany, was entering the roadway from the Hardee’s parking lot.

Brandi Woods of 29 Millerville Road, Colquitt, was traveling north on State Route 1.

Mohr, driving a 2018 Toyota Rav4, failed to yield and struck Wood’s 2017 Nissan Murano on the front passenger side.

Mohr’s vehicle was registered to Tomra Sorting Inc., 875 Embarcadero Drive, Sacramento, California.

Both vehicles came to rest in the roadway. No injuries were reported.

Mohr was cited for failing to yield to oncoming vehicle.
