Adult Education Classes Resume

Miller County Adult Education, a division of Southern Regional Technical College, has reopened and is currently accepting students, ages 16 and above. Classes are held Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings from 8:00 to 12:00. MCAE is located at the Miller County Board of Education Office located at 96 Perry Street.

In order to enroll, all students must present a valid photo ID. Forms of acceptable ID include a state ID (which must be obtained from the Department of Drivers Services), an instructional permit, or a driver’s license, a passport, or military ID. Students, ages 16-18, must also present a withdrawal form. Parental permission is required for students who are 16 or 17.

There is no charge for attending classes. Assignments are individualized to meet student needs. Students are required to meet attendance standards. For further information, please call 758-5592, ext. 5025.
