Stanley Wade Stanley Joe Wade, age 55, of Colquitt died early Monday, morning, July 26, after he had been transferred from Tallahassee Memorial to Big Bend Hospice in Tallahassee, FL.

Stan was critically injured in a motorcycle/tractor crash on July 7 on Whites Bridge Road when he was ejected from his motorcycle when his bike slid into the tractor equipment.

He sustained a fractured neck, brain trauma and broken cheekbone as well as other injuries during the crash. He was stabilized by EMS at the scene before being air-lifted from the Georgia State Patrol office helicopter pad by Airheart to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital.

Wade had been in a semicoma until the past few days, being kept alive with a respirator most of the time he was at the hospital.
