Vehicle Accident

On July 17, Walter Loren Mock was traveling northbound on Highway 27 South and was attempting to make a right turn onto Babcock Road. Mock applied brakes to make the turn and experienced brake failure. Mock’s vehicle crashed into a stop sign, before coming to a final rest beside a railroad track.
