The state of Georgia will not be hosting a sales tax holiday in 2010. Three bills (HB 951, 952, and 953) were proposed, but none of them were passed during the legislative session. Therefore, the previously held sales tax holidays for school supplies, energy efficient products, and water efficient products have been suspended for 2010.
