INCIDENT REPORTS

Vehicle Accident

On July 8, Hilda Owens and Gregory Shepard was traveling north on Bellview Road. Shepard was attempting to make a left turn when at the time, Owens was attempting to go around Shepard in a no-passing zone. Shepard’s front driver side bumper and tire struck Owens’ vehicle front passenger side tire fender, passenger side front and rear door, and passenger side rear fender. Owens’ vehicle sustained extensive damage and Shepard’s sustained minor damage. Owens was not hurt nor complaining of any injuries at the time of the accident. Shepard complained of a possible broken hand/ finger. Shepard was transported by P.O.V. to the E.R.

On July 9, Joshua Aaron Sayre received a citation for Obstruction of an Officer.

On July 10, Willie Floyd Russell was arrested for Leaving the Scene of an Accident.

Criminal Trespass

On July 11, Damien Nathaniel Pyles was charged with Public Drunkenness and Criminal Trespass.

Suspended License

On July 11, Willie Gene Burden was charged with Speeding Maximum Limits and Driving While License Suspended or Revoked.
