Mrs. Doris Olds of Blakely died Wednesday, June 2, 2010, at her residence.

Mrs. Olds was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

Funeral services were held Friday, June 4, at 11:00 a.m. at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Lindsey Gay officiating. Interment followed in Colquitt City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Ben Johnson, Milton Johnson, Dave Williamson, Jim Merritt, Greg Cox and Vince Widner.

Survivors include her husband, J. R. Olds, Blakely,; one daughter, Pam Olds, Blakely; one son, Ricky (Merideth) Olds, Athens; two grandchildren, Patrick Olds and Samantha Olds; three sisters, Betty Tabb, Seale, AL, Mildred Merritt, Sylvester, Donnie Cox, Albany; and one brother, David Williamson, Tallahassee, FL.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
