A bag of bags of marijuana was found in the stop. On May 26, 2010, at approximately 9:48 p.m., Colquitt Police Sergeant Lonnie Wade, assisted by Officer Chris Medina, executed a traffic stop on a burgundy 1991 Chevrolet Caprice Classic.

The traffic stop occurred on North Cuthbert Street in Colquitt. During the traffic stop, Sergeant Wade received consent to search the vehicle. The search resulted in the seizure of 13 small bags of marijuana. These are sometimes referred to as dime bags that sell for $10.00 or more.

The driver was Shelby Terez Brown, 21, who re- sides at 790 North Fourth Street in Colquitt.

He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, reckless driving, open container of alcohol, and loud music.
