Age is no limit

(L-R) Dawn Shepard, Carroll Middleton, Cheri Kelley, Mindi Merritt, Ashley Henley, Mary Fudge, and Misti Middleton (L-R) Dawn Shepard, Carroll Middleton, Cheri Kelley, Mindi Merritt, Ashley Henley, Mary Fudge, and Misti Middleton On April 6, 2010, Race Day in SPINNING Class proved that age is no limit! Certified SPINNING instructors, Misti and Carroll Middleton led a group of their regular students in a 2 hour class session (Regular class session is 45 minutes). The participants had been training for a minimum of six weeks and were engaged in all fitness zones of the SPINNING program (Strength, Intervals, and Endurance). The purpose of a Race Day is to put endurance to the test and to see just how far you have come with the SPINNING program. It is a very rigorous and rewarding experience.

This Race Day proved that age is not a factor when it comes to being fit. From 20 to 60 years old, SPINNING can touch the lives of all ages. Participants in Race Day were instructor Misti M. Middleton, father-inlaw and grandfather Carroll Middleton, mothers and grandmothers, Cheri Kelley and Mary Fudge, Registered Nurse Ashley Henley, sister and college student Mindi Merritt, and Misti’s former kindergarten teacher, Dawn Shepard.

SPINNING in Colquitt is touching and inspiring people of all ages to exercise, have fun, and improve their overall health and way of life. Come join us for exercise and fun and remember age is no limit!
