INCIDENT REPORTS

Vehicle Accident

On May 17, Adam T. Worsley was traveling south on Third Street. Danny Kyle Roberts was traveling north on Third Street. Worsley failed to yield right-ofway and turned left attempting to enter the Pic-N-Save parking area and struck Roberts’ vehicle in the northbound lane of Third Street, causing the accident. Roberts was transported to the Miller County Hospital Emergency Room by Miller County E.M.S.

On May 18, Kim Diane Duncan was backing out of a parking lot.

Virginia Williams was parked by a fence. Duncan backed into Williams.

Marijuana Possession

On May 23, William Jay Phillips was arrested and charged with Possession of Marijuana.

Underage Consumption

On May 23, Patrick James Haverty was charged with Underage Consumption of Alcohol. Haverty was issued a citation and was released upon the arrival of a sober driver.

Suspended License

On May 23, Enoch Charleston Norris was placed under arrest and received a citation for Driving while License Suspended or Revoked.
