Ms. Glenda Ann Grant, age 42, of Colquitt died Friday, May 14, 2010.

She was born September 1, 1968, to the late Willie C. Grant and Lourie Grant in Baker County. She was a 1987 graduate of Mitchell Baker High School. She attended St. James Baptist Church of Baconton.

Funeral services were held Saturday, May 22, at Miracle Temple Church with Bishop John H. Henderson and Rev. Edward Williams officiating. Interment followed in Pleasant Hill Free Will Baptist Church Cemetery.

Survivors include two children, Ter’Dricka and Tei-Ara Lumpkin, Baconton; mother, Lourie Lee Grant, Newton; three sisters, Linda Ann Grant, Americus, Chrissandra (Richard) Nelson, Newton, Shirley (Jarren) Lumpkin, Thomaston; brother, Willie C. Grant, Jr., Moultrie; step-grandmother, Ruthie Mae Glenn; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Williams’ Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
