INCIDENT REPORTS

Vehicle Accident

On May 3, Robert Lee Newberry was travelling north on Brinson Road when a deer ran out of the brush on the side of the road hitting the passenger side of his white 2006 Chevrolet pickup truck.

On May 8, Clara Arnett Benton was turning into a parking lot. Erica Lashun Ogden was parked in a parking place in the parking lot. Benton turned into Ogden. Benton was found to be at fault for hitting a parked vehicle.

On May 2, Lee Anne Sheffield came into the Police Station to report that she had hit a road side at the corner of Fourth Street and Main Street. Lee Anne advised that the damaged vehicle was a 2009 Chevrolet Suburban. The vehicle was damaged on the driver’s side front bumper.

Tree Fell on Van

On May 4, Carey C. Collie advised that sometime during the night a tree limb broke off of a tree in her back yard and fell on her van.

No Insurance

On May 4, Cedrick Radel Grant was charged with Driving with No Insurance.

Disorderly Conduct

On May 8, David Butler and Jamarcus Roseborough received a citation for Disorderly Conduct.

On May 2, Tosha Collins was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
