Gas prices differ
Nothing affects the money left in the average citizen’s pocketbook like the price of gas. Even those who depend on their government for food, housing and healthcare don’t get much relief when the price of gasoline goes up.
Many citizens are still wondering why gas can be as high as $3.93 in one area of the nation, and $2.49 per gallon in another. Even worse, how prices vary as much a 15¢ per gallon in a distance of 10-20 miles.
Monday, April 26, 2010 according to MSN.com local gas prices. The lowest gas price in the state was Cartersville at $2.579. One year ago gas prices in Georgia was on average 1.88.5 per gallon.
