INCIDENT REPORTS
Vehicle Accident
On April 16, Harvey Lee Henderson was traveling north in the inside lane and attempted to turn into the R.V. Park when
William Joseph Cogland was traveling north in the outside lane. Henderson turned into Cogland causing his vehicle to lose control, run over the curve, and striking a sign before coming to rest in the R.V. Park. Damage was done to the R.V. Park and both vehicles. The passenger in Cogland’s vehicle complained of back pains, Henderson and Cogland had no complaints.
On April 17, Billy Joe
Newberry was backing out of a parking space and struck Jessica Miller’s vehicle on the passenger side with his back bumper. No injuries were reported at the time of the accident.
Larceny
On April 12, Zach Cleveland advised that his building had been broken into again. Investigator Kirkland and Chief Worsley also was at scene and begin processing it. Suspended Registration
On April 18, Jewayne Ingram’s tag came back with no insurance and suspended registration. Ingram was placed under arrest and he advised that he knew his insurance was not valid. Ingram was waiting to get new insurance. Ingram was taken tot he Miller County Sheriff’s Office where he was booked and paper work completed.
