INCIDENT REPORTS

Vehicle Accident

On April 1, Ellen Jean Morgan was traveling south on Highway 45 South, when her vehicle struck a deer crossing the roadway.

Criminal Trespass

On April 1, Monique Wright stated that her boyfriend, Johnny King, Jr., had broken into her room and had damaged the door frame. Deputy Josey observed the damage and called the property owner and advised him of the situation. After speaking with the owner, Deputy Josey then placed King under arrest for criminal trespass and brought him to the Miller County Jail.

Disorderly Conduct

On March 31, James Ellis Kelley, Sr. was charged with Disorderly Conduct.
