Mr. Randle Stewart, age 71, of Newnan died Wednesday March 31, 2010, at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.

Graveside services were held Friday, April 2, at 2:00 p.m. at the Colquitt City Cemetery with Dr. Joel E. Richardson and Rev. Mark Worsley officiating.

Pallbearers were Victor Z. Spooner, Victor Alan Spooner, Andy Spooner, Drew Worsley, Brian Henry and Donnie Bolena.

Mr. Stewart was a retired salesman with United Fruit Company, was a member of the U.S. Marines serving in the Vietnam War and a member of Central Baptist Church in Newnan.

He is survived by his wife, Clara Andrews Stewart, Newnan; three daughters, Elizabeth McIntosh Stewart, Amanda Pittman Stewart, Virginia Beach, VA, Suzanne Michelle Loverett, Atlanta; two sons, Robert Wade Major Stewart II, Virginia Beach, and John E. Loverett Jr., Los Angeles, CA.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
