INCIDENT REPORTS

Vehicle Accident

On February 18, Matthew Lyn Cox was traveling northbound on Avenue Road and attempted to make a right turn into the driveway of a residence. The driveway was part of the ditch beside the roadway, and Cox was traveling too fast when he made the turn. Cox then went down the slope of the driveway and struck a small hole at the bottom. This caused the front fender area of the vehicle to make contact with the ground and Cox to lose control.

On February 27,<BOLD

Nichole Grow was traveling southbound on Highway 310, when a deer entered the roadway from the southbound shoulder and into her path. Grow could not avoid the collision and struck the deer in the roadway; this caused the deer to spin around and strike the driver’s side of the vehicle as well.
