Mrs. Lucille O’Neal of Colquitt died Monday, February 8, 2010, at Miller Nursing Home.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, February 11, at 12:00 a.m. at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ed Sells officiating.

Burial followed at Houston Cemetery with Ralph Sheffield, J.D. Gordon, Dwayne Gay, Steven O’Neal, Thomas Earl Davis and Roger Wayne Davis serving as active pallbearers.

Mrs. O’Neal was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by one son, James (Carol Ann) O’Neal of Blakely; one son-in-law, Ralph Sheffield of Blakley; three grandchildren; 14 greatgrandchildren; three sisters, Jacklyn (Bob) Dancy and Gwendolyn Houston, both of Colquitt, Evelyn (Paul) McKenzie of Henderson, Nevada; and one brother, Rodney (Shery) Gibson of Henderson, Nevada.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
