How the Library Can Help

It’s no secret that our country is going through an economic hardship. Let the Miller County – James W. Merritt, Jr. Memorial Library be your pathway to recovery during these times. How? Use the library to borrow that new best-seller instead of purchasing it from the bookstore. Visit the library for low-cost entertainment by checking out that new DVD you’ve wanted to watch instead of purchasing it at the store or paying to rent it at the video store. Or, use the Internet for free for pleasure or research. Our area is no different from others in that we have been hit by layoffs and job losses. Come to the library to search and apply for jobs, update your resume, or check out books on interviewing tips and tricks. Remember, the Miller County – James W. Merritt, Jr. Memorial Library is your one-stop information shop!
