FFA members and officers combined are very excited about the upcoming meeting. As I mentioned last week, anyone who signs up and pays their five dollars will enjoy a nice hour of bowling, free pizza, and drinks. We will travel by bus to the YMCA bowling alley in Bainbridge, GA. This event will take place on February 9, 2010.

Also there will be a heifer show Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. This occasion is sponsored by the Miller County Cattleman Association, and also it will be held at the Miller County Ag barn. Please come out and show some support if you can.

Just a reminder that the archery team will be headed to Perry, GA, Friday, Feb. 12, 2010, to compete in the state archery competition. I will post the results in next week’s paper. Thanks
