Valentine Queen Connor Vann and King Hudson Givens The faculty and staff of Miller County Elementary School hosted a Mother and Son, Father and Daughter Valentine Dance on Friday, February 5, for grades K-5. The lunchroom was decorated with pink, red and purple balloon trees and giant hearts on the walls. Corey and Holly Thomas provided the music for the families to dance the night away. The ladies were dressed in their favorite Valentine dresses along with their sharply dressed dates. It was a night of fun for all. The fifth graders in attendance voted for a Valentine king and queen. Mr. Hudson Givens and Miss Connor Vann were selected by their peers to start this annual tradition. The dance was held as a fund-raiser for the school.
