Colquitt's Big Guns’ Sergeant in Iraq

His howitzer crew provided indirect fire support for a joint fires exercise with 1st BCT, 1st Cav. Div. conducted Jan. 10.

Sgt. Crankfield is married to another solider, Elanie Crankfield of Cambelton, FL. They have one daughter, Brianna, 16, and two sons, Eric and Jamie Jr., both 13.

Sgt. Jamie's sister, Linda Crankfield of Colquitt, said her brother has just come home from Iraq, and his wife is just leaving for Iraq.

Sgt. Jamie Crankfield is the son of E.C. Crankfield of Colquitt, and the late Annie Lee Crankfield. They had 15 children, and 14 are still living.
