Mrs. Pamela Leona Holt Creel of Jakin died Friday, January 22, 2010, at Flowers Hospital in Dothan, AL.

Funeral services were held Monday, January 25, at 11:00 a.m. at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jerry Tiner officiating. Interment followed at Colquitt City Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Patrick Creel, Patrick Wilbourn, Matthew Harrellson, Jason Holt, Travis Lashley, and Josh Nables.

Mrs. Creel was a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny T. Creel, Jakin; one son, Shelley McCorkle, Jakin; two daughters, Nicole (Arturo) Perez, Jakin and Charity (Alex) Torres, Jakin; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren; two sisters, Diane Lashley, Colquitt, and Susan (Edward) Henderson, Ashford, AL; five brothers, Jack (Wavie) Holt, Ronnie (Glenda) Holt, Colquitt, Wayne (Rita) Holt, Bainbridge, Tim (Diane) Holt, Headland, AL, and Mac Holt of Pace, FL; and a large number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
