INCIDENT REPORTS
Vehicle Accident
On January 15, Curtis Gipson, Jr. stated that he was traveling northbound on Grady Cobb Road the previous night, when a deer ran out in front of his vehicle. Gipson stated that he could not avoid the deer and struck it in the roadway, causing damage to his vehicle. Officer Brad Cox observed that there was moderate damage to Gipson’s passenger-side head-light, and the passenger-side corner of the front bumper.
On January 16, Julian Neal Haire was traveling south on Avenue Road when the vehicle struck a deer crossing the road.
