INCIDENT REPORTS

Vehicle Accident

On December 14, Dana S. Norman was traveling south on Highway 45 north. A cow walked out into the road in front of Norman’s vehicle causing her to hit the cow. The cow belonged to Ray Dean Heard.

On December 14, Russell Womble was making a right turn into Main Street Service Center from the east bound lane. John Lewis McGowan was traveling east behind Womble. McGowan then struck Womble’s vehicle causing damage to both vehicles. Haley McGowan, a passenger in McGowan’s vehicle, was transported to the Miller County Emergency Room. McGowan was found to be at fault in the accident.

On December 18, Ernest M. Ponder was backing into a parking place. Olivia Yvette Andrews pulled in the parking lot behind Ponder. Ponder then backed into Andrews’ vehicle. Ponder was found to be at fault.
