Residents and staff are gearing up for Christmas. The presents are wrapped; the lights are hung, and we are waiting on Santa.

We have had a good time over the past few weeks getting ready for Christmas. We have made ornaments, ginger bread houses, and goodie bags in preparation for the big day.

We had special treats last week. The Miller County High School Band, Head Start, and the fifth grade choir came to share with us this past week.

We also had our monthly birthday party this past week. New Home Free Will Baptist Church was the host church for the December birthday party. We have nine residents celebrating a birthday this month.

We had our regular activities this past week, and we also had our monthly sing Thursday evening.
