INCIDENT REPORTS
Vehicle Accident
On December 6, Jonathan Leon Gadson was attempting to enter a residence on Moore Street. Gadson misjudged the clearance and struck Fredrick King’s vehicle while it was parked and unattended. Gadson’s front driver side fender struck King’s front driver side to the rear driver side. No citation and no injuries were reported at the time of the accident.
Disorderly Conduct
On December 6, James Louis Johnson Jr. was unresponsive, but was breathing. EMS arrived shortly after, and the subject was speaking with the emergency workers but was very agitated and using foul language towards the medical workers. Johnson was highly intoxicated while on scene.
While speaking with Johnson, Sgt. Wade advised Johnson to pull up his pants so that he could be transported to the emergency room. At this time Johnson jumped at Sgt. Wade, running into him in an aggressive manner. Officer Scott Cleveland immediately grabbed Johnson and placed him in handcuffs. Johnson was then transported to the emergency room. After Johnson had calmed down, he was released on a citation for Disorderly Conduct.
Harassing Communications
On November 24, Sharon D. Worsley came to the Police Department and wished to file a report of Harassing Communication. Worsley gave details of the complaint; hearing this information, the officer advised Worsley that a report would be done, and the offender’s police jurisdiction would be notified.
Damage to Property
On December 4, Domonique Reese stated that Jamika Shephard threw a large rock at his vehicle, first at the rear window and then at the windshield. When the rock struck the front windshield of the vehicle, the windshield shattered.
Reese then advised that Shepard fled in the direction of Dancer Street. Reese described the subject as a heavy set black female, approximately 5 feet 7 inches tall wearing gray sweat pants, a gray shirt with a red jacket on over the shirt. Reese advised that the subject lived on Dancer Street.
After locating Shepard and speaking with her for a few moments, she explained that she broke the victim’s windshield because she believed he took $100 from her.
Investigator Kirkland was called and advised of the incident. All information for an initial report was gathered and turned over to Kirkland for further investigation.
