Holley and Miles arrive!
      Landen Lovering is proud to announce the birth of his baby sister, Holley Lane, and baby brother, Miles Tillman. The twins were born on July 22, 2009, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center in Dothan, AL. Holley was born at 7:32 a.m. and weighed seven pounds, six ounces. Miles was born at 7:33 a.m. and weighed seven pounds, 11 ounces.

      Begin by standing on a comfortable surface where you have plenty of room at each side. With a 5-lb. potato sack in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute and then relax. Each day you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer.
