INCIDENT REPORTS
Vehicle Accident
On November 17, Kim Diane Duncan backed up and hit Tammy Dukes Perez-Hernandez’s vehicle. Duncan was at fault for improper backing.
On November 21, Janice E. Middleton was attempting to park in a parking place, when at the time Middleton misjudged the clearance and struck an iron pole. Middleton’s front passenger side tire panel struck the pole causing minor damage to the fender. No citation and no injuries were reported at the time of the accident.
On November 21, while traveling north on Phillipsburg Road,
Eliza Mae Williams was struck on the driver’s side by a deer crossing the road. Williams did not have any visible injuries and did not report any while on scene. Damage was done to the entire driver’s side of the vehicle.
Burglary
On November 18, Carolyn Williams stated that when she came home she noticed that someone had went into her bedroom, and went into her jewelry box and took some jewelry. Williams stated there was no forced entry into the house and that the side door had been left unlocked. Investigator Kirkland was notified and did arrive on scene and the case was handed over to him.
