Mrs. Annie Bailey Roland, age 65, of Colquitt, died Monday, November 16, 2009, at her residence.

Funeral services were held Thursday, November 19, at 2:00 p.m. at Sheffield Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Harris and Rev. Talmadge Worsley officiating. Interment followed at New Salem Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Roland was a member of New Salem Free Will Baptist Church and was retired from the Lab department at Amoco Fabrics.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Roland, Colquitt; four daughters, Hazel (Ricky) Davis, Shellie Anderson, Bainbrige, Stacey (Dennis) Gale, Jakin, Rhonda (Tim) Shamblin, Donalsonville; two sons, Edwin (Christy) Bailey, Camilla, and Chris (Amanda) Roland, Iron City; one brother, Jackson Lawrence, Grand Prairie, TX; 11 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. Roland was preceded in death by her parents, L. D. and Annie Mae Lawrence.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
