The first round of GHSA Class-A Play-0ffs for the #2 seed Miller County Pirates was a win over Brookstone Cougars from Columbus, 33-26. A Miller County man, who law enforcement officers say attempted to kidnap his ex-wife and escaped from a patrol car, was back under arrest Saturday, November 14.
