INCIDENT REPORTS

Vehicle Accident

On November 8, Jeffery Kyle Harris stated that he was traveling southbound on Hwy. 27 North, in Miller County, when two deer ran out in front of him. Harris stated that he could not avoid the deer, and that he had struck one of them with his vehicle. Harris stated that the accident occurred about five miles outside of town and that he drove on to work so he wouldn't be late. Harris' vehicle was moderately damaged all down the driver's side, as well as the driver side headlight and grill area. There was also deer hair still present on Harris' vehicle.

On November 2, Vicki Cope Davis was traveling south on Hwy. 27 when the vehicle hit a deer crossing the road. Driving While License Suspended/

Revoked

On November 6, Sheena Nicole Lee was placed under arrest and transported to the Miller County Jail. Lee was charged with speeding and Driving While License Suspended, 3rd Offense.

Theft

On November 8, Mark Burkett reported that both of the main power supply cables off of his irrigation systems had been illegally taken off. The incident was turned over to Investigator Ben Nix.
