MAY-HAW announcers are ready for another great broadcast from WMHAW. MAY-HAW announcers are ready for another great broadcast from WMHAW. If you have never seen a production of MAY-HAW, you are in for one of the best times in your life. If you've seen it before, you haven't seen this year's performance. Each year is a new show with new jokes and songs. Different "stars" turn up at different shows.

Originally written and directed by Karen Kimbrel, each year MAY-HAW brings to life a set of characters including Quiezie Eskin, Floyd B. Lloyd, and Marvin Spitznargle as they broadcast live from Cotton Hall.

If you remember the old HEE-HAW shows, some of the biggest stars on TV entertained you with song, dance, musical numbers, and comedy routines. You will again be entertained with some of the best in these parts. They may even be better than the originals.

In addition to local muscians impersonating famous country music stars, the show features the MAYHAW singers.

Colquitt's own version of the classic HEE-HAW show comes to Cotton Hall for two weekends in November, November 13 and 14 and November 20 and 21. The Friday night shows are at 7:30 p.m., and there are two shows on Saturday at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m.

Talented local volunteers join together for this production, a fund-raiser for the Colquitt Miller Arts Council, which is also the producer of Swamp Gravy, to bring you the songs you remember and the comedy skits that will have you falling out of your seat with laughter!

Tickets can be purchased by calling 1-800-514-3849 or by visiting the website at www.swampgravy.com.
