INCIDENT REPORTS

Vehicle Accident

On October 18, Angela Dee Simmons was traveling west on Cooktown Road when a deer entered the path of the vehicle. Simmons was unable to avoid striking the deer.

On October 19, Danen Frank Sampson was traveling east on Mayhaw Road when a deer ran out into the road, striking the front of Sampson's vehicle.

Theft by Taking

On October 21, Jason Williams stated that someone had come into his yard and stole his dirt bike. Williams stated that he was told that two white males were on a small red Chevrolet pickup was parked down the road the previous night. They were described as being in their late teens or early twenties. There were visible footprints left under the shed where the dirt bike had been parked. Other footprints were discovered down the road from the scene by Deputy Dale Mitchell. The prints found by Deputy Mitchell looked to be similar to the ones found under the shed. All prints were photographed.

On October 22, Anthony Duncan stated when he got in his truck and drove off he noticed the Avalanche Bed Cover on his truck was missing. He stated the last time he saw the cover was on October 21. All information was taken and turned over to Investigator Shane Rathel.
