MCHS FFA NEWS

by Hunter Cleveland Reporter

Fun was in the air as a total of about 100 students made their way to the Moultrie, GA Expo Tuesday September 20. With all its booths and exhibits, Expo is a very interesting and fun place to go. It has just about anything you would want to see from tractors to campers and cars to airplanes there. They also had tons of animals like cows, horses, and pigs. Let's not forget the massive amounts of good eating like chicken strips, hotdogs, and your everyday corn on the cob. Although there was a large amounts of students going and things could get chaotic, I would like to thank everyone for acting appropriately and like adults. It went over very smoothly.

Besides all the fun and exciting events going on, a couple of our officers have been working very hard to complete our chapter's FFA roster to make the deadline on October 15,2009.I would like to say that we have a total of 109 members in our FFA Chapter. I would also like to thank everyone that joined the FFA.

Just a last bit of news to report on, I would like to wish Mr. Bill Spooner and Mr. Jim East a safe and fun trip as they make their way to the National FFA Convention this week.
