Farm Bill Update Seminar Planned at the 2009 Sunbelt Ag Expo

Taking crops to market on large, loaded trailers Taking crops to market on large, loaded trailers Southwest Georgia Farm Credit, along with AgGeorgia Farm Credit and AgSouth Farm Credit, will sponsor a Farm Bill Update Seminar on Wednesday, October 21, at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. in the Farm Credit Building, B-9, at the 2009 Sunbelt Ag Expo in Moultrie, Georgia. Bridges Sinyard, a legislative aide for Senator Saxby Chambliss, will provide the update.

"Farmers and those involved in agri-business in our service territory know the value of the Expo," said Tarrell Bennett, relationship manager at Southwest Georgia Farm Credit. "This show provides an opportunity to see the latest equipment, understand what's happening in terms of ag research, and talk with experts in the field. It's a way to stay updated and connected."
