Mrs. Cherry Elaine Malcom, age 61 of Colquitt died Tuesday, August 4, 2009, at Miller County Hospital.

Graveside funeral services were held Thursday, August 6, 11:00 a.m. at Altman Cemetery in Alma with Rev. Steve Altman officiating.

Mrs. Malcom was a secretary and of the Methodist Faith.

Survivors include one daughter, Dana (Frank) Malcom Killebrew, Colquitt; one sister, Donna Cofty, Donalsonville; three grandchildren, Elaina Killebrew, Malcom "Reese" Killebrew, Charles "Trippe" Killebrew.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dan Malcom Sr. and one son, Lieutenant Dan Malcom Jr.

Colquitt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangement.
