Theft by Taking

On July 10, Walter Wayne Powell advised he observed a trailer and mowing equipment at his residence was missing. The items taken were a homemade trailer, riding mower, push mower, two weed trimmers, a set of four wheeler ramps and two gas cans. It is unknown exactly when the property was taken. Inv. Rathel was contacted, and the case was turned over to him.
