'Sister Queens' finally here!

Victoria Henley

Well, it's finally here! "Sister Queens" at The Olive Theatre in Donalsonville, that is. Many of you have probably seen the pictures and read the articles, but now it is time for you to play your part in the show, and get busy buying tickets! The show will be performed for two weekends only, April 23- 26 and May 2-3, so this will be the only chance you will get to see "Sister Queens." The cast and I had our first dress rehearsal last week and are excited to see that the show has finally come together! Aside from beautiful costumes, toe tapping music, and hilarious one-liners, "Sister Queens" offers important life lessons, so it is a must to invite your family, club, church and youth members etc. Just call and ask about the many group and individual discounts that are available; visiting queens that are currently holding a title receive free admission as well as their own personal introduction by the emcee! Remember, queens, to receive free admission you must wear your crown and banner! What to wear? Dress clothes or your pageant gown will be great. Tickets are $11.00 each. Show dates are as follows:
April 23 (7 p.m.)
April 24 (7 p.m.)
April 25 (2:30 and 7 p.m.)
April 26 (2:30 p.m.)
May 2 (2:30 and 7 p.m.)
May 3 (2:30 p.m.)

If you do not know which day you would like to attend, give us a call, reserve your tickets, and you may switch your attendance date. Please come to this great performance and show your support of the local performing arts! To purchase tickets, call (229) 758- 5322 or (229) 416-7108.
