Brandy Harrell and Tim Fowler Jr. Ms. Trina Helms and Mr. Lamar Harrell, both of Bainbridge, would like to announce the engagement of their daughter, Brandy Harrell, to Tim Fowler Jr., both of Leesburg. Tim is the son of Mr. Tim Fowler Sr. and Ms. Debbie Taylor of Leesburg.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Willie Varnum and the late Mr. and Mrs. Leo Harrell.

Brandy is a 2006 graduate of Valdosta State University with a bachelor of science in nursing. She is employed by Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital as a registered nurse.

The bridegroom is the grandson of Mrs. Nita Hall, the late Mr. Judge Fowler, the late Mrs. Mary McDonald and the late Mr. Buddy Taylor.

Tim is a 1993 graduate of Darton College with a de- gree in associate science, a 1995 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelor degree in biology and a 1999 graduate of Emory University Medical School with a master's in medical sciences. He is employed by Miller County Hospital in the emergency department as a physician's assistant.

The wedding will be held on April 19, 2009, at 3 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Albany.
