Maxwell, Bell to exchange wedding vows

Melissa Ashley Turner and Hayes Williams Bell Melissa Ashley Turner and Hayes Williams Bell Buck and Martha Maxwell of Whigham are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Ashley Turner of Bainbridge, to Hayes Williams Bell, also of Bainbridge.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joe Mack Watson of Whigham and the late Mr. and Mrs. Donald Turner of Apopka, FL.

Miss Turner is a 2002 graduate of Bainbridge High School and is currently completing a double major in early childhood and business administration. She is employed with Edward Jones in Cairo.

The groom-elect is the son of Jerry and Lisa McLendon and Mr. and Mrs. Buster Bell. He is the grandson of Milton Scott and the late Louise Scott of Brinson and Mr. and Mrs. William Bell of Climax.

Mr. Bell is a 2006 graduate from Grace Christian Academy. He is employed by Bell Farms in Climax.

The wedding will take place on April 25, 2009, at 6:00 p.m. at Brentwood Plantation in Bainbridge. The reception will immediately follow.

Friends and family are invited to attend. Local invitations will not be sent.
