Law Enforcement Report
VEHICLE ACCIDENT
On January 22, Asia Dyanna Williams was traveling southbound on Three Notch Road when three small calves entered the roadway. Williams could not avoid hitting one of the calves, in the roadway, which caused moderate damage to the right front fender and head light area.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT
On January 21, Deputy Robert Grier was called to the Miller County Hospital, in reference to a hostile person. Charles Laroy Harrell was under the influence of alcohol and was being uncooperative with the staff. Harrell was cursing in a very loud voice, saying the doctor and the staff were "f****ing stupid." Harrell's blood alcohol level was too high for Albany Crisis Center to accept him, until his alcohol level could be reduced. An I.V. was administered, and while waiting on the I.V. to complete, Harrell became irate, began cursing loudly. Next to Harrell's cubicle was a small child. Deputy Grier repeatedly told Harrell to calm down. Harrell would not comply and was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct.
