MILDRED LOUISE BRINSON DOZIER

Mrs. Mildred Louise Brinson Dozier of Cairo died Sunday, May 11, 2008, at her residence.

Mrs. Dozier was born November 14, 1919, in Grady County. She was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 14, at 2:00 p.m. at Clark Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Paul Blough officiating. Interment followed at Greenwood Cemetery in Cairo.

Pallbearers were Derrick Woodell, Matt Woodell, Clayton Davis, Robin Dozier, Mark Young, and Jeremy Dozier.

Survivors include daughters, JoAnne Woodell, Cleo and Joe Ponder, Martha and Ralph Davis, all of Cairo; sons, Henry Lane Dozier, Cairo, John Edward and Linda Dozier, Colquitt, Leo and Faye Dozier, Jesup, Gracie Dozier, Albany; sister, Cassie Harper, Cairo; seven grandchildren; and fivegreat-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, Pat Dozier; sonin law, Lee Woodell; grandsons, Darrell Woodell, Timmy Woodell; brothers, Emory Brinson, Wilton Brinson and G.P. Brinson.

Clark Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
