Mr. and Mrs. Carey Horne of Donalsonville announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Kari Brynn Horne, to Stacy Mitchell Knight, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell Knight of Whigham.
The private ceremony will take place Sunday, June 29, 2008, at Camp Palms in Indian Pass, FL.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Emma Lee Murkerson and the late Martin Murkerson of Blakely and Mrs. Ethel Horne and the late Wayne Horne of Donalsonville.
She is employed as a graphic designer for the Lake Oconee Living Magazine in Madison.
The future groom is the grandson of Mrs. Betty Hawthorne and the late Briscoe Heard of Whigham and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Knight Sr. of Whigham. He is employed with Mid- South Timber Company in Whigham.
