Jackson Gates Jones was born on April 24, 2008, at 4:24 p.m. at Donalsonville Hospital. He weighed eight pounds, four ounces and was 21 1/2 inches long.
He is the son of Buck and Whitney Jones of Iron City.
The proud grandparents are Bob and Inez Whisman and Glenn and Brenda Jones, all of Donalsonville.
His great-grandparents are the late Edward and Stella Whisman of Willow Wood, Ohio, the late Emmett and Gladys Halley of Gallipoli, Ohio, Billy and Nellie Joe Jones, and the late Wilma Jones, all of Donalsonville and Raymond and Lois Holt of Colquitt.
