A man said to a little girl, "You prayed, but God didn't answer your prayer. Why?"

"Maybe it wasn't good, or I wasn't good," she explained. "Because the Bible says, 'No good thing will He withhold from them that walk uprightly.'"

God is good. Whatever is good for us, He wants us to have. God is great. Whatever His goodness wants us to have, His greatness can give us. There's no limit to what His goodness and greatness can do for us. With God all things are possible.

But we must walk uprightly. If we refuse to heed God's command, He'll refuse to hear our cries.
