Get your ticket. Don't you wait! Or you'll be too late for the gala event of the year on April 12. It's called, "Paint the Town Spring Fling." Surely you've noticed the posters scattered around town telling of this special event, but have you bought your ticket? Don't wait -- for this will be a happening you don't want to miss.

It all begins at 6:00 p.m. on the evening of April 12 with wine and cheese served under the awning adjacent to the Tarrer Inn.

Following this, you will enjoy a delicious Italian feast in the Tarrer Inn dining room. This is just the beginning -- following dinner you'll amble over to Cotton Hall where you will enjoy coffee and dessert. You'll be entertained there by the Mayhaw Singers, and you know how entertaining and enjoyable they can be.

And there's still more -- after this delightful program, you'll have loads of fun at a super auction. There will be items there that you will feel you can't live without.

When this glorious occasion is over, you'll have a wondrous feeling of loyalty and love for our city because the funds from these festivities will be used to support the painting of a new mural. Aren't we proud that Colquitt has been named "Georgia's First Mural City," and aren't we proud we can all support such wonderful project?
