      Theft by taking On Thursday, March 6, 2008, Mike Waters, of 389 Grady Cobb Road, walked in the sheriff's office and stated that Julie Waters had stolen some of his hydrocodone pills. Mr. Waters stated that Julie was at his residence washing clothes when he laid down to take a nap.
