Seeds of the sower

An old lady attended an exhibition of modern art. She gazed upon an abstract painting that puzzled her.

Finally, she stopped an artist and asked, "What's that supposed to represent?"

"That's supposed to be a mother and child," he answered.

"Well," snapped the old lady, "why isn't it?"

You're supposed to be a Christian. Why aren't you?

The Living Bible says, Check up on yourselves. Are you really Christians? Do you pass the test? Do you feel Christ's presence and power more and more within you? Or are you just pretending to be Christians when actually you aren't at all?
